One pissed off out of control 5th grader

The cynic in me can't help believing that this being California a lawsuit will be filed by the parents blaming the teacher for getting her nose broken by their precious little darling.

What?  I'm just sayin'....

Boy, 11, arrested for breaking teacher's nose

ADELANTO • A fifth-grader is behind bars after he assaulted an Adelanto teacher and broke her nose Thursday morning at the Adelanto Community Day School, an alternative education school for the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, officials said.

The alleged assault took place at about 9 a.m. between the teacher and an 11-year-old student in one of the classrooms in the school located at 11824 Air Expressway when the teacher asked the student to move to another seat, according to San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Adelanto station officials.

“There was an incident that took place at the Adelanto Community Day School,” Christine McGrew, spokeswoman for the county Superintendent of Schools, said. “At this time, my understanding is that the teacher’s nose is broken.
